RETURN/EXCHANGE

Hello,

Thank you for shopping with us. We’re sorry your item is not right for you, but no problem, simply follow the below instructions and we’ll have you sorted in no time!


Step 1

  • Email boutiqueblissau@gmail.com with your name, order number, your reason for returning, and if you are seeking a store credit or exchange – await our reply. You will be emailed to confirm either a credit note or exchange details.
  • (Please note: as per Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer a refund unless the item is faulty. Accordingly, we are able to issue you with a store credit (3 years expiry date) or exchange for change of mind or any other reason that is not that the garment is faulty)

Step 2

  • Post to us at (keep your tracking details as we are not liable for an item that is not received by us)

We will email you once your item has been received and inspected.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:

 

Shipping:

  • Fees cannot be refunded nor reimbursed
  • We are not liable for any undelivered items, we will provide you with a tracking number once the

      item has been posted from our end

  • If you are returning an item to us, please keep your tracking number as we cannot be liable for

      items that do not reach us

 

Returns will only be accepted if the following is true:

-     You have contacted us within 14 days of purchase date, as per Step 1 above

-     The garment is in perfect original condition with tags attached (unworn and unwashed)

-     The garment is undamaged

-     All items purchased as a sale or promotional item, are not eligible for a refund or exchange

-     Refunds can only be refunded to the original payment method

 

OTHER INFORMATION

- Store credits are valid for 3 years as per Australian Consumer Law
